Cancellation
If the order or the item(s) you want to cancel is due for dispatch, you can write to our customer support team at perfumery@agashe.co.in
(Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM)
In such cases, we will cancel the order, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we duly process the cancellation request.
Return Policy
All products are non–returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns/replacements are only possible for errors such as incorrectly shipped, missing, or damaged items. The customer must write to us at perfumery@agashe.co.in
within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect/missing/damaged item. Our returns policy will not cover damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application. The same item will be offered as a replacement unless it is out of stock.
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
Product is used or altered.
The product appears damaged due to misuse/overuse.
The product is without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and other accessories (if any), or if the original packaging is damaged.
If we receive a return request after 2 business days of delivery.
AGASHE Perfumery will bear courier charges for incorrect shipments. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at perfumery@agashe.co.in
Refunds
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
